The Solution Kit gives a cell-friendly environment during the Microporation procedure and supports the DNA delivery into the cell.
The solution kit can only be used in conjunction with the MicroPorator device. The successful DNA transport is only achieved with the combination of optimized electrical parameters and Solution. Use of the Microporation solution kit with other electroporators will not yield satisfactory results. |
